Shipping 

Shipped within 3 working days maximum. Once the package shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Duties & Taxes 

For bags : all import taxes are included in the final price - this means no unexpected fees or additional charges upon delivery. 

For clothing, shoes, accessories :  for countries outside the European Union Glintz is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These expenses are not the responsibility of Glintz and must be borne by the recipient. Regrettably, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

The contents of the package are only insured at DHL's standard rate which are calculate based on the parcel’s weight. To benefit from a full coverage insurance for added protection, particularly for high-value items please choose DHL Express (Full insurance) at checkout.
